Our Contemporary Fusion class is well structured and technique is thoroughly taught. The class will introduce you to the fundamental elements of alignment, strength, flexibility, rhythm, and momentum. There will be exercises that travel across the space to challenge you both mentally and physically whilst having the opportunity to sweat, smile, and strengthen your skills

Payment for classes are by the term, or pay-as-you-go. You can pay for classes either via BACS or cash. You may join a class at any time, during the term.
